SENSITIVE SKIN CARE INSTRUCTIONS

• Keep showers short (5-10 minutes)
• Keep the water temperature cooler (no steam on the mirrors)
• Use a soap such as Dove, Oil of Olay, Cetaphil, or Basis. It is fine to use either the liquid or bar form of these and similar soaps
• If you take baths, avoid adding perfumed bath oils and bubbles to the water

• Apply your medicine (if applicable)
• Moisturize well
• The thicker the moisturizer, the better
• Look for moisturizers which come in jars or tubes. Pump lotions contain a lot of water which can further dry out your skin
• For extra relief, you may wish to keep your moisturizer or cream medicines (not ointments) in the refrigerator. The application of cold creams may be very soothing

• Use a detergent that is "free and clear" (such as All or Cheer Free and Clear)
• Do NOT use fabric softener
• Do NOT use bleach

• Sleep in a room with a humidifier

• Si utiliza la tina, no anada aceites. perfumados o jabon de burbujas en el agua

• Aplique crema humectante lo mas grueso posible
• Use solamente cremas humectantes que vienen en jarras o tubos
• Para mayor ayuda, guarde sus cremas humectants y medicinales (per no los unguentos) en el refrigerador

• Use detergents que sean "free and clear". Buenos detergents son All o Cheer Free and Clear
• No use suavizador
• No use cloro

• Duerma en un cuarto con un humidificador
