ACNE INSTRUCTIONS
Applying your topical medicine:
Wash your face gently with your cleanser and towel dry. To decrease irritation of applying medicine to moist skin, wait up to 20-30 minutes, letting your face air-dry, before applying your medicine. At night do not apply your medicine immediately before going to bed- the medicine might come off of your face if it smears onto your bedding.
To apply your medicine: take an amount the size of a pea on your finger. Make five dots on your face on your nose, cheeks, forehead and chin and spread around the medicine thinly and evenly. Remember that only the amount of medicine in contact with your skin will be beneficial. Do not use excess amounts of medicine and also do not "spot-treat" individual lesions. As a guide, you likely should not be going through one container of medicine a month. If you are, you are likely applying too thick a layer.
Let your medicine dry before applying anything else, such as sunscreen or makeup.

Taking your pills:

Regardless, it is best to avoid taking the medicines with a whole glass of milk.
-> if without food, please avoid foods and products containing iron, calcium, magnesium, aluminum, and bismuth - such as dairy, meats, and antacids- one hour before and one hour after taking your medicine. If you have some stomach upset with your pills, you may take them with some very plain foods, such as unseasoned pasta, rice or crackers, a piece of fruit or a cola.
Remember: your condition may worsen before it improves! After a few weeks of treatment you should start to see results.

Para aplicar medicina topical:
Lave la cara suavamente con su jabon y se seque con toalla. Para disminuir iritacioon de aplicar medicina a piel moja, esepre 20-30 minutos, dejando la cara a secar con aire, antes de aplicar la medicina. Por la noche no aplique la medicina inmediatamente antes de acostarse- sea posible que la cara tocando las sabanas pueda quitar la medicina.
Para aplicar la medicina: toma bolito de tamano de frijol en el dedo. Haga 5 puntos en la cara- en la nariz, las mejillas, el frente, y el mento- y unte la medicina para hacer capa delgada. Recuerde que Solo la medicina en contacto con la piel va a ayudarle. No use medicina excesa y no trate manchas individuales. Para guiarle, no debe de usar un recipiente al mes. Si use mas, posiblemente esta aplicando demasiada medicina.
Quede la medicina a secar antes de aplicar algo mas, como locion para protegerse contra el sol o maquillaje.

Tomando pastillas:
Tome las pastillas __________________ como escrito con/ sin comida/ no importa.
Es mejor evitar tomando cualquier medicina sin vaso de leche.
Si es sin comida, por favor evite comidas y productos con fiero, calcio, magnesium, aluminio, y bismuth - como leche, queso, carnes, y antiacideces- una hora antes y una hora despues de tomar la medicina. Si tenga nausea con las pastillas, se puede tomar con comida simple como pasta sin sabor, arroz o galletas, fruta o gaseosa.
Recuerde: la enfermedad pueda peorarse antes de mejorarse! Despues de unas semanas de tratamiento, debe de ver resultados.
